I am a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems Therapist and Guide. I have a Master’s of Science in Clinical Counseling and am a Certified Traumatologist, whereby I have extensively studied the effects of trauma on the human person. In an effort to grow and develop professionally, I continue to take workshops and participate in supervision to sharpen my skills.

I have traveled nationally and internationally to provide psychological first aid and education after disasters including, Beirut, Puerto Rico, and Paradise, CA. I am actively involved in Green Cross Academy of Traumatology and was awarded The President’s Award in 2021. My spirituality and faith are important to me, so I am happy to incorporate yours into your work if you choose.

I have been married for 38 years, have three daughters and their families have brought us 9 grandchildren. When I’m not spending time with family I love to dance, play games, work on home projects, and travel for pleasure.
