Adele Huculak is a Level One Internal Family Systems trained therapist and guide. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling. She also uses the Neufeld Institute's developmental attachment based approach.

Adele uses a holistic approach, integrating all domains of the human person—physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual—in her work. Adele enjoys accompanying individuals, as they process grief and loss, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and areas that feel stuck or polarized. She guides people to internal integration and developing right relationship with all one's parts.

Adele's interests include spending time making memorable connections with family and friends. She enjoys creation and taking time to examine the beauty that surrounds her when she is out for a walk, run or hike.
